World conquering psych rock fun makers Pond are back to inflict freakin good times on the good folk of Sydney and Melbourne with a couple of headline shows in September. Recently named “hottest new band in the world” by NME and jaw droppingly good live, Pond are heading back to – well, somewhere – to record what may turn out to be an EP or an album, which could be called “Hobo Rocket” or “Man It Feels Like Space Again”. Either way, you’ll be the first to hear these new tunes live at what could be their last headline shows in Australia this year.
Oh and make sure you watch the video they made for their single “Moth Wings”. Filmed, performed and edited by the band at various locations around the world, it could be the best or worst thing you’ve ever seen. Don’t miss it.
