V Festival announces the change of venue for The Human League’s headline shows.
The Sydney performance scheduled for April 1 at the Enmore has now been moved to The Metro, one day earlier, Tuesday March 31.

Existing tickets are valid for the rescheduled shows without the need for exchange.

Their insatiable blend of synth pop and electronic sounds is what created the initial stirrings of success in the late 1970’s for The Human League. Formed in Sheffield, South Yorkshire the band is often praised as architects of the electronic new wave genre. Thirty years on and a massive 20 million albums later they still have a soiree of musicians singing their praises, including David Bowie who infamously described them as ‘the sound of the future’. Their hits, such as ‘Don’t You Want Me’ and ‘Love Action’, are still sampled and played across dance floors worldwide and their live reputation grows with each passing year.

The Human League will perform DARE live, and in full only at the V Festivals.
