Billy Talent, Face to Face and Emery are joining forces to tear down the Metro at the end of February for what promises to be an excellent night of high quality punk rock.

The Toronto based quartet Billy Talent are touring their second album around Australia as part of the Soundwave Festival. SOUNDWAVE FESTIVAL SIDESHOW The follow-up maintains the elements that makes them who they are – hard-hitting, hook-filled, tight arrangements with an edge – but with a more refined sense of purpose.

Out of the Southern Californian desert town of Victorville punk rockers Face to Face reformed in 2008 (after disbanding in 2002) playing to massive crowds at Groezrock in Europe and Bamboozle in the US. With only a handful of performances scheduled for 2009 their show at the Metro is one that you can not afford to miss.

Top all of that off with aggressive quintet from South Carolina Emery whose colossal third album ‘I’m only a man’ has been going gangbusters in the US and you have a night of exceptional international punk and rock that is sure to knock your socks off!
