Short Stack celebrate the release of their first single on Sunday Morning Records, Shimmy A Go Go on 27th September with the Stack to The Future part 2 Black Party in the Metro’s Lair
Short Stack are the hottest thing on the internet in Australia right now. Over the last 18 months they have received over 1.3 million plays on My Space and more than a quarter of a million plays on YouTube. They’ve also supported bands like Good Charlotte, Kisschasy, McFly, The Click Five, Thirsty Merc and Hello Goodbye around the country as well as scoring a spot on the Come Together Festival bill in June this year.
The clip of their song, Drop Dead Gorgeous, which was given away on their website, has recently been a massive T.V. hit, getting high rotation plays on MTV, Channel V, and Video Hits.
Their home-made t.v. show, Short Stack T.V. which is regularly uploaded onto youtube: http://www.youtube.com/shortstackband has earned them the number one spot globally with a home-made clip of their song, “Sway, Sway Baby.”
